I have done them both ways in my master built. Can’t tell 2 cents worth of difference. Do mine at 225 and only one tube of chips.

Freightliner dealership's take care of them. Friend has one and has over 50,000 on it and not one problem.
I just did a bunch of reading on this subject. GoreTex says wash on gentle cycle alone with a mild liquid detergent. Dry on a low setting or let dry on it's own. Then put in the dryer alone on...
A company in Georgia or Alabama I think builds one called a Royal. Really nice looking boats. Seem to be well built.

To make your rudder, try to find and old broke hand control troller with metal shaft. Remove motor, split shaft down the center and find a piece of aluminum plate to make your rudder. Slide plate...
Looks to be Owner add on. If factory it would be on the dash with rest of switches. Probably going to have to just pull on some wires and trace it out.

If it in fact sucked up some mud, you could very well have some in the thermostat causing it not to open completely. Find and pull the thermostat. Flush back through the passages and blow out real...

Like bilgerat stated. Take the pump off and have it rebuilt, only if you figure out how to set it before removing. Pump is oil lubricated and should be timed to the cam or crank. Shaft seal bad...
If you go to stainless and it still porpsie's try a set of trim wedges. Thick part to top and it will give you a few more degrees negative trim which some times helps.

If a change to Stainless prop dosn't help try a set of trim wedges to get you some more negative trim. It seems some of theses tin boats have to much angle built into the transom.
I have looked around N Ms and Memphis for 3 wks and can't find any at all. One gun shop had 1 box of short rat shot. It's nuts out there.
Really nice boat. You need to be really proud of it. We need more young Men with your discipline today.
Sea Ark builds a 18 crappie specific that is wider on the front deck than the Predator with all the features any other crappie specific boat has. I fish out of a WarEagle 17.9 stick steer and in my...
US Navy ENC. 1965-1979 wish I was still in.
Check NAPA or one of the tool trucks. They do make and sell a half moon tool just for driving out races. Going in Brass,Brass. And always wear safety glasses.
