Looks like a Yamaha thrust washer for Yamaha rubber pressed in hubs. You need a Mercury hub kit made to fit a Yamaha motor.
Square bore... Same as all of Mercury props. You just need the hub kit that your outboard requires.
Great battery, But much taller and may not fit in some bass boats. It won't fit in mine. 91lbs is heavy. But I love the 325 min RC
