Must have been the day for it, as I christened my Ranger Z521L also. First one was on the trolling motor
Took a real good one heading back in to the marina in 4-5 footers. Afternoon was...
Seen Florida strain at Diamond Valley spawning in 15-20’… that was ultra-clear water.
I’ll wait until they get their version references sorted out (1.03 <> 1.3), and the early adopters have had a chance to vet it out.
No way a NEMA plug should be the same for a 220v outlet… if that is how they have it wired they should be flogged.
A 220v 20A outlet has a sideways neutral spade.
If the charger is configured...
I bought one and love it. I can lean on it in the high position, or sit on it in the low stance. I see G Man does the same thing.
Mine too. Got to meet him and several of the players and got an autographed photo of him and the championship team back in the day.
Rest in peace sir.
THIS… and I ensure that anyone launching me does the same thing. And once in the boat, the keys go in a compartment until I/we are back at the dock.
Randy… is that you???
#Fishing Road Beds
Every tournament I’ve fished in had clear-cut off limits areas posted and covered the rules in the pre-tournament meeting. I would guess this is no exception for them, and if it isn’t declared...
Screw that… like it, use it. Don’t like it, don’t use it. Otherwise, pull all sonar and make them stick with mapping and flashers.
I installed two Defiant three-head lights on the side of my house and love them. They are extremely bright, and I am able to direct the heads to get a nice even coverage.
The motion sensors are...
Actually, best IMHO is to have a cutoff for the house battery, but wire the AT2 yellow wire(s) to an accessory switch so that they can be shut off at will from the bow when not needed. I can still...
All of the big boats in the San Diego fleet have had it for years. One of the biggest costs was having the sonar dome installed, as it is installed under the hull and is a major project requiring dry...
What’s a “winer”??? I know what a wino is, but never seen that one before…
I use it quite a bit. I have a screen with four quadrants - left is side imaging left view, right is side imaging right view, top middle is mapping and bottom middle is downscan. I use it on deeper...
Likely, but as I understand it by connecting the yellow wire to the blue wires it allows the ping sync across all connected xducers.
My Ghost does not take changes to the programmable buttons. I’ve tried numerous times to re-save the settings from multiple HDS Live units, changed the functions to completely different settings (and...
Which one are you likely to be staring at most? That is the one I’d prefer to have on top.
Looks farm fed to me…
Yep - I had an issue with a Gen1 100AH which was only a few years old, from a used boat I bought last summer, and I took it to the local BPS to ask about a replacement.
They no longer have the...
i installed mine a couple of months ago, and it is working flawlessly (knock on wood!). I have an AGM cranking battery with three Tracker 100AH lithiums and the trolling bank stays within a few 10ths.
Rarely do I see my dropshot unless it is dead center in the beam. Need a bigger bait if you really need to see it.
I can see a jig easily, and other bigger hard baits.
Not necessarily true… I’m running 128GB cards in mine, but they have to be formatted as FAT32
Also interested… started looking the other day and wasn’t able to find a source myself.
Thanks. I’ve got the blue wires connected, but of course the Lives don’t have the ping sync feature so that may have been my issue… that is why I bit the bullet and ordered the Pro. I’ll try it again...
