I watched a couple good videos today. You can suspend the gls 10 from transmitting on the panoptix menu. If you hit the power button on any networked unit, you can stop all transducers from...
Thanks Todd. I found a post earlier this morning that said the same on the auto power up and off. I was still looking for how to save gain on 2D. I’ll just have to get used to it. Do you know if...
I run a 100 amp hour ionic lithium to power 3 ultras and 2 livescope gls-10’s. All together they pull 7-8 amps. My battery will last about 12-14 hours. If you are getting a dedicated battery just...
So I spent 9 hours on the water today with my new Garmin setup. Overall, I was very impressed with the GT56 and the dual livescope setup I installed. Since I’m coming over from Lowrance, I am still...
I run a 100ah ionic as my house battery. It supports two Garmin 126sv’s at the trolling motor, one Garmin 106sv at the console, and two gls 10’s for dual livescope. When everything is on, it pulls...
There is only one panoptix icon on my networked units homescreen. When you click it, you will have another screen that lets you pick between the two livescope ducers.
Changing the name of the two black boxes to different names solved the problem. I now have a choice when i select panoptix. Thanks to LWINCHESTER2!!
Thanks. I’ll try to name them and see if they then see them as different options.
. How do you select between the two different livescope transducers?
I need some help guys. I just finished my install. I have 2 -126SV units, 2 -106sv units, 2- gls10's, 1 lvs 34 transducer, 1 lvs 32 transducer, a GT56 on the back and an GT54 on the trolling motor....
[QUOTE=John Hagins;13356376]I would reach out to Ron and see if he MAY have one laying around that he didn't sell. It is definitely worth the $$$ to have one!
John[/QUOTE I did. Thanks.
I have one. $850 shipped. Pm me if interested.
Hey guys. I am late to the party looking for a lift assist kit to upgrade my 2019 Ultrex (original mount). I know that a BBC sponsor (Ron Meadows) made and sold some kits until December but I think...
I need another head unit and cradle to complete my transition from Lowrance. I can also use a GT36 / GT 8 transducer combo if anyone has one they are looking to move. Thanks.

Thanks for the input guys. I suspected I would need a shoot thru hull for consistent depth.
Hey Guys. I am switching from 100% Lowrance to 100% Garmin Echomap Ultra units. I have installed a GT-54 on the trolling motor and bought a GT-56 for the transom. Will the GT-56 maintain depth...
Hey BBC. I made it through Christmas with a few dollars to my name. I need a Garmin 126SV with a GT56 transducer to finish the conversion to Garmin. I am willing to buy or trade. For trade, I...
I have a great condition Gen 3 9 inch unit I would sell for $450 if interested.
I just bought new units to replace my older Gen 3 Lowrance Units. I plan to have an SV126 and an SV106 at the trolling motor. I plan to put a pair of SV106 units at the console. I have Livescope...
Thanks for feedback. Off to the service center she goes.
This the first trouble I’ve had with the unit. I have three New Ionic Lithiums powering it with less that 5 cycles each. I use spot lock a lot and that causes the coil to turn/uncoil constantly
That makes sense. Both the black and red inner shields had melted but that could have been due to heat/arcing from the red wire only I suppose.
I should add that the coil cable burn through is about 3 inches below the head so I do not expect any fire damage in the head.
