I'm pretty sure the ECU flashes to 335hp on the 300 flash. I'm pretty sure you have to raise the rev limiter as well though. I was under the impression the power curve is not ideal tough.
If money was not an issue, would you buy a new Mako over a new Yellowfin? The only reason in my eyes to buy a Nitro is financial restraints. Isn't it good we have this option?
I'm not a Ranger guy (more financial then preference), but the new L series is probably the nicest looking boat I've ever seen.
If it's long enough, you will fit width wise. I can squeeze my full size boat trailer and 95" beam with about 3 inches on each side through the door. I've wacked the track before by rushing it. How...
There was a red one and an orange one in the video.
Been closing for a year now. I'm surprised they lasted this long.
Stunning and creative design BCB. that's a beast of a boat that looks like you sit really low in It. Does it draft like the others?
My 296 mid 70's, factory ox66 200 vmax and a Yamaha prop. That was in its prime and during the colder months. I still consistently see 70+ during the colder months though.
I'm pretty sure he ordered a skeeter.
I would guess that unless It says wood free instead of composite materials, it's not wood free. Even Yellow Fin uses wood.
Have we heard anything else on this issue?
I think structurally Nitro holds up just fine. Cosmetically and CS is where most folks of other brands look down at Nitro. Lower grade carpets, gel coat and vinyl come to mind. Top it off with lack...
Beautiful boat!
My 2001 Charger 296 with a 200 Yamaha vmax would run 73mph in early spring with 3/4 gas, me 295lb give or take a twinky, a 170lbs buddy and our gear. That's a factory rigged prop without being...
I bow hook my 296 on purpose just to scare my buddy, but never has it done it on accident. You can bow hook any boat If you don keep that nose up during a turn or crossing a big wake awkwardly.
Bass cat has the composite carpeted step box in two sizes. Its way cheaper than a lebroc, no logo and the small one will fit. Go to there accessories section on their website. I'm putting one I my...
I dig it! Congrats bro.
Looks awesome man!
I believe you will still have to raise the rev limiter to get that performance. I believe with both done its produces about 320hp. If you have any warranty left and they check the rev numbers it will...
that's funny
Beautiful rig
Charger will need to have the beam forward designs on all its boats. Even the Champ although the deck is wider, it's not near as wide as where the market is at or heading. The old saying you gotta...
They sold over a 1000 boats in 2016 which was an upgrade over 900 some odd boats last year. If Stratos is still around, no doubt Triton will be.
I have a 296 in a single, but it an 02 model.
