UPDATE: Possible issue found.
I was inspecting the wiring and connections for the water temp sensors mounted in the power head. There was a Black/Tan wire (male connector) coming out of the...
There are dealerships closer (an hour away), but they are not competent and have screwed me over in the past.
Thanks for the advice on the Rinda Diacom. Do you have a part/model number(s) handy...
Only 22 hours on the impeller. Would a MercMonitor show a "Check Engine/Fault Sensor" for an overheat alarm?
Thanks for the advice. I had never considered that option.
Continuous alarm sounded on the boat (2003 Opti 225) this past weekend at a fishing tourney.
Prior to alarm, the following actions occurred:
-30 minute WOT run (had to make it back to boat...
Understood. Since I didn't have issues before I didn't consider moving it. With the nose inlet turbulence combined with the transducer turbelence, I figure this might be causing the cavitation.
Gotcha. Thanks. I do have a high speed transducer mounted next to the bilge drain hole. On the port side. I may relocate that.
Nothing on the gear case, but the skeg does have some whitish rub marks on the port side of skeg. Nothing on the starboard side of skeg. Sorry for the crappy lighting, I can try again during daylight...

I have three Energized Outdoors batteries (now Amped Outdoors)...
Is there a specific DROK model you are using? What type of readings does it provide?
Good stuff. Thanks for the information.
I talked to the battery manufacturer, they were adamant the Dual Pro battery charger with an AGM profile would work. I agree DP has been direct and honest with me as well, they did not try to sell...
I have a circa 2016 manufactured Dual Pro Professional Series 2 Bank (15 amp each bank) charger. Dual Pro says this model is too old to retrofit with a Lithium Battery algorithm profile (needs to be...
Got some post views, but no comments. If this helps, I am looking to use this: SmartShunt - Victron Energy
Any practical use feedback would be appreciated.

I am installing (2) 100ah lithium batteries to power my TM. I would like to monitor output/voltage. Which system is recommended?
Update: adjusted throttle arm to be within tolerance. Gained 200 RPM at WOT. There might be more RPM to be gained, but today is windy with a lot of chop.
Thanks for everyone's assistance.

Is the TPS lever suppose to articulate from full side to side when linkage is attached? I noticed mine starts about 1/4" from the bottom when linkage is attached.
Is this the divot you are referring to?
What is the correct installed position of the roller/arm?
