Most of the pros don't have them because 99% of the tournaments they fish, the water is not above 80 degrees. As long as the fish is alive at weigh-in they don't get pentalized. They don't worry...

I believe that all of the ramps are open at Skiatook, but I know for sure that Black Dog is open. I was there on Sunday and my buddy is there today.

You actually want the vents installed as close to center of the livewell itself, not necessarily the center of the lid.
