Way too far to drive. I'm bringing it to Northeast Fiberglass in Laconia. They do warranty work for several local dealers.

I am still planning to bring it to be repaired next week. Though I do feel it would be ok to operate like this temporarily.

I mean, the top of the transom and the bottom of the splash well aren’t supposed to be permanently fiberglass together. The rest of the transom is of course connected to the hull.

After looking more closely at it tonight, it appears the transom itself is delaminated and never was meant to be attached to the hull.

Oh he 100% knew. It’s clear someone tried to caulk it at some point. He stopped responding to my texts. I will seek legal counsel on Monday

The trim piece was there when I bought it. It broke off yesterday. I’m trying to get the previous owner to do the right thing. If not I will make sure you all know who it is.
