To the best of my understanding, yes. It’s tied to my AC account, I see it and the LS unit when I log in on the website, etc.

I’m confused as h*** here, hopefully someone can make sense of this for me.
Purchased a 93SV back in Dec. Don’t ever remember doing a map update. Current version on the unit is .52. Looks like...
Have a 70 on my RT178. Super quiet, responsive, sips gas, 6 yr warrenty. I’m not well versed or experienced with a bunch of different boat motors so I don’t have the background to start comparing.
instead of a “cone”, it’s probably better described as a lobe. Just as with radar, as you get farther out you need a more direct return to get a good signal back.
You’re absolutely not wrong.
Previosuly asked in another thread. This should give you an answer.

Commony referred to as a case ground. Should provide grounding to the box itself for interference reduction, accidental shock, etc. could go to the battery, ground out to the boat if you own a tim,...
I don’t know if there is any amp draw or not, but my status light does not activate until the head unit is turned on so although it gets powered all the time, I’m not sure it actually powers up. If...
The network cable and adapter that comes with the LS unit total out to about 7 1/2 feet. Depending on where you mount the black box you might need a longer cable. Garmin sells a male male splicing...
I made a post in the Tin Boat forum but just figured I’d post a link over here as well. Just installed a 93SV and Livescope unit in my Ranger RT. I know there are not a lot of install threads out...
How much room do you have? Slack in the wire?
I would say either a butt splice or purchase a terminal block, cut 8 gaugue wire and terminal both ends. Add your additinal wire using the same...
I’ve seen more than one person postthey had that issue before.
Just figured I would upload some pictures of the Livescope install I did on my boat. May give someone some ideas as to what to do with theirs.
The transducer cable length wasn't a problem, but...
They were basically never in stock online. They were already backordered when the sale started. I’m sure the few stores that had them sold out pretty quickly by those they may have realized they...
Cabelas had them, that’s where I got mine from. I’m guessing new stock is rolling out because last I checked they pulled them off the site
Just FYI.
My order now shows cancelled. No email, just checked status on the site. Kind of figured it would turn out that way.
Ah well, worth the shot. Might be an extra grand saved towards a...
I had a 1552 Alweld before I bought my RT178. Other than the weight of it, nothing bad to say about them. At 52” of width, it was the most stable boat of that size I have ever been in by far.
Your looking for a bass style boat that looks more like it’s fiberglass brother or a jon boat style?
I called around to the Cabelas close to me, unless they were hoarding them for themselves, the ones showing “limited stock” on the website were all out according to the folks that worked there. I...
No, and I called them in the middle of the week. At that time, they didn’t have an expected date of when/if they were going to get more inventory. I don’t have high hopes of inventory sitting around...
Been watching them for a little bit. Went on sale today. Website is acting a bit funky so sometime it shows on sale and sometimes it doesnt depending on the view.
Backordered at the moment, but...
that and you are supposed to “check” tightness of bolts, etc. Not very mich to it outside of cycling fluids. I bought my boat back in Aug of ‘16 and just got to 15 hours so I’m not even to 20 yet....
To speak on your original post, I have a smartgauge and all my other standard gauges work outside of the warning inidcator gauge. The digital gaugue uses the SDC connector on the motor which can use...
I do believe so, yes.

Not speaking from personal experience though so some of that info could be outdated for whatever reason.
From what I understand, no. I did mine for the same reason. I did suck it up a little and purchased all my stuff from Brown’s so I have a receipt of all the actual suzuki fluids, impeller, oil...
The way I understand it, none of them come by default with the wter pressure T installed, it’s an $8 kit you can get from Brown’s minus the hose from the motor to the console. If you want to go...
