I have them and they work very well. Does slow the boat well, not as well as the drift sock, but soooo much easier. Saves a tremendous amount of time.

Just finished swapping out 2 elite 5's for HDS 7's on my buddies RT188. Install went pretty smoothly.

I had terrible glare issues on my flush mounted hds 8. Fixed issue by getting a bass boat technologies mount. Fantastic mount and rock solid. Van from bbt is great to deal with.
