Thanks for the help. I just ordered a tote rite.
What are y’all using for a transom saver for this engine?
Thanks for the help!!
I’m picking up a new 2020 ranger rt198p soon. I had told my dealer to install two power pole blades when he rigged it but he’s out and it’s going to be a little while before he can get some. So I...
Thanks again for the help. I do plan on having a hydraulic jack plate installed as well.
Thanks for the fast help! This will be going on a new ranger aluminum boat. Any advice on where to mount the transducer on the transom?
I’m thinking hard about getting a new boat and would like to put 2 humminbirds on it. I would like 10” screens, mega 360 on the trolling motor, side and down imaging at the console, and be able to...
I have a 2010 202 prov. It’s got a 14” hydro dynamics manual jack plate now. I’ve been thinking about getting an atlas hydraulic one though. My question is, do I need to stay with a 14” or is there...
Does anyone know what the closest match to an Abu Garcia veritas micro guide is? Looking to replace a few. Thanks
I don’t know if stripped is the right way to describe these threads. They are just damaged on one side. Looks to me like they just need to be re-traced.

I was attempting to change my spark plugs today when I found a couple spark plug holes to be cross threaded. I got the old plugs out but cannot get new...
I have a 2010 202 and have lost my livewell divider somehow. Before I try to build one, does anyone know if Blazer carries them or is there anywhere else I can buy one. Thanks in advance
Thanks for the help. I’ll let you know what I come up with.
I am wanting to get the stuff together to start repairing my own rods. I have the plans to build my own hand wrapper. What I need to know is what size micro guides, tips, thread, and other...
I’m thinking hard about buying a 36v trolling motor in the near future. I currently have 2 31 size trolling batteries that were bought in February of 2017. I’ve had no issues with them so far. My...
I’ve got a 2010 202 and I’m thinking hard about switching to a 36v trolling motor. I’m running 2, 31 size batteries and a 27 size cranking battery now. And have got 2 power pole pumps back there too....

As the title says, I need to know the best way to clean some wood out of the low water pickups. And maybe the whole cooling system. I have picked a few...
I raised the jackplate back up to 1.5" below pad and left one solid plug in the prop. Hole shot was better than it's ever been and top end was within 2 mph of my 27 tempest. Thanks for all the help.
I raised the jackplate back up to around 1.5" below pad and took all the plugs out of my new bravo but one solid one and she took off better than she ever has. Top end was within 2 mph of what my 27...
Do you think I can raise my engine up one hole and adjust my jackplate to get to 1.5"-0.5" below pad? That would help raise my power pole brackets out of the water too. Just a thought.
Do you have any recommendations on how many PVS holes to plug to start with?
I'm not trying to outrun anyone. I'd much rather be able to hop around and make short, quick runs with a full load.
I know some of the benefits of a hydraulic plate, but what would that do for me?
The reason I'm asking is that since installing 2 power poles my hole shot is terrible. I've lowered my jackplate all the way and just ordered a bravo 1xs 27. Just want to try some different things to...
