Easy it holds the oil line from motor oil tank to oil pump, bolts to block about 2 inches before oil pump. Also picture 3 wow is all I can say.
Don't think a small hub small 13 3/4 dia trophy would do well on a 4stroke.
Best time to do this is when it is 95 degrees outside and do it in the sun.
