Can the winch stand be relocated with the boat on the trailer?
Can the winch stand be moved towards the hitch without removing the boat?
While installing the new F2 winch I noticed the winch was touching the keel of the boat during installation. Since having the boat I noticed after loading I would have about 2" overhanging the bunks....
Now on to the next problem...

No sir raising/lowering is not an issue. It's getting the trailer to roll in a different direction without kicking the wheel. It's the original jack that came on the 2016 RT188's
My existing jack requires the wheel to be kicked to move in a different direction. I am under the impression a pivoting wheel that has a bearing should make the trailer easier to change direction.
