If i install lowrance point one puck hooked to my hds unit do i still need to install minkota puck for my ipilot trolling motor?

Do I only need Lowrance point one hooked to hds 9 gen 3? Or do i still need minkota heading sensor also?

GEN 3 every trip to the lake i have to re install ducer and most of the time water temp has to be removed and replaced for it to work. Any way to fix?

When I had 14 inch Jack plate I was running 2inch p2p and was getting 67 mph at 5500 rpm.
Now with 8 inch backplate at 2 3/4 p2p only getting 62mph at 5200 rpms. Should I move up or down?

Has anyone had anyluck changing the original seats to buckets ? Do they sit well? Or should I just recover the originals

running a 25p tempest 67 -68 top speed . But it back washes pretty bad. And you have to really drive it.

It has a 14 inch j/p on it now I think its to big .What size would recomend

What prop were you running ?

not sure of brand of prop but it is a 23p four blade . It came off of a gambler. Was told it was used mainly on gamblers. If I get a chance this weekend a friend loaned me a 24 tempest to try.

I have a 1995 195 charger with a 200hp 08 optimax - 2.5 p2p -12 inch jack plate. Chine walking at 64_65 mph. Any help would be appreciated.
