Mill Point has been closed for a while and I suspect will stay that way but only time will tell. By fall it could be a completely different situation.
The bitch of it is that most bass boats can...
Craigs position is correct. just keep in mind there's a ton of tournaments up here all the time. there are at least 3 ramps likely to be closed during 2021, thus the traffic at each one is through...
all good points. I think i'm doing it right. i did drill a hole in the port storage box and can feel where it's hung up but still cannot figure out why. It really feels like it might just not be big...
Guys, I am mounting a new (additional) graph at the front of my V20. I am trying to pull in (from stern to bow) a dedicated Sonarpros power cable setup for a graph and also a Livevu. What a bitch is...
What Craig forgot to mention is he is fishing the EASTERN opens. :thumb up2:
I do the same thing. it's cheap and easy. I had a basscat and the finish was tore up pretty good the first time I towed w/ the cover. My legend has quite a bit more of that fleece material inside so...
66-71, 250XS with 10' blades. 24p prop.
mine doesn't walk. maybe subtly but that's it. can pretty much take your hands off the wheel full tilt. I think max speed I've seen is 72, but more like 68-69 is what I get w/ a partner. I had a hard...
68-72 on mine, only has like 3 hours on it so it might loosen up a tad more.
You owe it to your tranny to try redline with shockproof. Makes the shifting butter smooth for longer than the syn-3 did. Reduces clunk in there significantly.
You can always raise it up from the recess. Ish does that.
Really not what i was expecting. What prop did you end up with? jP? Plugs? Etc? Just curious. I have limited time in mine. Kinda going thru a similar learning curve. But my partner in a tx last week...
That was the goal. For less dough
I made this for my V20. my graph popped out the other day running through some pretty violent waves down on Patoka. I have had this happen before. I think dealers/riggers don't know how to use...
V20, spring lake MI
I apparently have been doing this backward, at least as far as the JP is concerned. I always ran my jackplate down on my puma and would bring it up to optimal running height. Just fished my first tx...
^^ what he said. I have a v20 also. Just got it. I HATE the placement of the graph. Tilted too far back and have to look thru the wheel. It sucks. I am going to put a plate over the hole and do...
I just bought a 15 a couple weeks ago. Of course I have no way of knowing why they still had it, or what they "could" have received for it a year ago. However when I did my research i felt like i got...
JP or a dealer 95% of the time
It appears most guys have not used the avid x. I have a cashion with micros and feel it doesnt cast as far or is as sensitive as my st croix legend tourney (both spinning). If u want to try a cashion...
Those are BBC 8'ers for sure!!!
I had SI on a TM mount and found it to be more/less useless. unless you mount it to the boat I think you'll find the same thing. I just bought a boat and have them putting 360 on the front to...
I had SI on a TM mount once. it sucks, and is rarely useable unless you run your TM straight across whatever it is you want to see.
great idea. if the lights off, so are the LED's.
