I am heavily involved in the cordless tool market and from my experience they are mostly junk but even a lot of the Milwaukee on eBay or counterfeit also so you gotta be careful from every direction

probably is low on fluid. cracked cap seems to be common. get a cap and fill and bleed it out again might be all it needs
