Be sure to read the manual and mount that bracket correctly. Sonar has trouble reading at speed due to cavitation created by the aluminum hulls, rivets and chines.Run the water watching the MAPPING...

Connect the blue wire on the power cables as seen on Mark Marcanatonio's Facebook page. That will allow two Active Target units to avoid interference called "ping synchronization".

Did you do a HARD RESET?

Have you tried different pallets?
Can you post a SCREEN SHOT?

Check and see if the machine buttons are LOCKED. Press the power key once and the touch should be back.

If not do it on all machines after ANY update.
