I have had a set for 3-4 years now, I have had zero issues or complaints.

Don't laugh. Check out some of the upper end Frogg Toggs. I have some that are way more expensive than my Toggs, and I the Toggs most of the time.

I have the RT198P, very stable while fishing and while running. I will say that if you are running in rough water you will get some spray/splash.

Land Between the Lakes, you can fish Barkley and Kentucky lakes.

I have a Gill and could not recommend it at all.

Cleveland TN, or Chattanooga TN would be my suggestion. Close to Watts Barr, Chickamauga, Nickajack, Guntersville, Tims Ford, Norris, etc. Nice medical access, affordable housing, no state tax, etc.
