If the receptacles are the stab kind (push in from the back) and not the side screw type, then they will get loose over time because of the heating and cooling effect which will cause them to loose...

Another thing you might consider is the weight of your boat-If it is a lightweight aluminum jon boat then spotlock doesn't do well. That is just from my perspective.
