Hook the ends to each other under the jackplate.
Some of the State Park stuff in First Creek is really nice.
Coming from North Miss., Fleet Harbor on the south side of the lake at Wilson dam will be closer and Wilson is only about 12 miles long so you can run pretty much anywhere. I also like the Shoal...
I have a hydraulic jackplate and it came with a ladder.
Bassfisher444, why would you do that when you clearly think the SHO is better in all areas according to your first post.
It doesn't take much research to figure out you can modify the 250 pro XS to...
No idea, I haven't looked, I don't want mine tuned, 77 is fast enough for me and I gave the op my experience in a real world setting. However you can spend $ on any motor to make it faster including...
Hate to see them go. I really enjoyed doing business with them.
bassfisher444, I get that, but we are really not comparing equally any more. Any motor that has been tuned, is going to be faster. He asked for experience and I gave him mine. I am sure if I or they...
I don't buy the speed edge going to the SHO. I fish in a club with a guy and we have identical boats (even the same color) with the exception of he runs a SHO and I run the Pro XS. I will just say...
Good to know they are biting. Any clues for me as to what to start with, depth, structure, or what to look for.
Thanks, that at least gives me something to start with. I did find out we are putting in at the Cookeville Boat Ramp.
I'm not sure but it is mid-lake. I don't mid running some though if I need to to catch fish.
Anyone have any advice for Center Hill over the next couple of weeks? We have a tournament up there the first weekend of Nov. and I have never been there.
If it is a Dual Pro they are great to deal with. I took mine out (one bad bank) and took it up there since it is only an hour away and they had it ready in less than a week. I was just out of...
Mine stopped sharing because they were not on the same update. Might check that as well.
I know this sounds backwards but in my experience you might be ok with a 25 four blade but a 25 three balde will probably be to much. On a 920 the 24 is great and I bet on a 921 the 23 will be really...
Probably have to stay on Wheeler side around Rogersville or in Florence. I don't know your price range but the Marriot in right at Wilson Dam if you are looking for a Hotel.
Try a 24 Fury or even a 4 blade 24 or 25 Fury. You should be able to get low 70's loaded with two people pretty easy.
my 920 takes very little input. You have to give no input for a pretty good distance before it gets noticeable. If you can drive a Cat you can drive a 920 easy.
I run a Fury 4 25 on my 920 most of the time. I have a Fury 3 24 that I run for best top end but the 4 beats it at everything else and there is only a 2-3 mph difference in the two.
All boat, motor, prop combinations run different and props are different out of the box. Bartman is right in that the 24 Fury 3 blade is hard to beat, but for me the 25 fury 4 does better in most...
I really have no idea, every prop is different and they act different on different boats. I can turn the 25 four blade to 5990 at 73-74 mph. I has great hole shot and mid-range and handles super. If...
I run a fury 25 four blade and have the 24 fury 3 blade that came with it, so I have decent experience with both. I run the 4 blade almost all the time. I think it does better at everything except...
I like the 25 fury 4 blade. One or two mph slower than the 24 3 blade but a little better everywhere else for my 920. 76/77 on the 3 blade vs 74/75 on the 4 blade tournament load.
That was it.
Thanks
