Consider all that Catch5, Altro, Kodiak, and Fishin is Life have said and you won't have any issue. I use 8 to 10# on spinning gear.
The Hoosier National Forest near St. Croix has a couple campgrounds with electric and shower house at Tipsaw Lake and Indian/Celina Lakes. I've stayed in the one near Lake Celina multiple times....

There's usually plenty of open camping spots at Indian/Celina and Tipsaw lake campgrounds in the Hoosier National Forest. It's about 25 minutes away. That's likely where I will be staying depending...
