Firm believer they hold water and crack after a freeze. I’m getting mine repaired at this very moment and I’ll take every precaution possible to keep it protected in freezing weather from now on....

My powerhead was replaced in 2015 and I have the exact same issue as you. It really makes you wonder when you describe what happened to guys that “know” about SHOs and they tell you the issue before...

Same here. I get the quote tomorrow but I’m afraid it will be months to get parts. 2011 SHO 250 with new power head in 2015. Has 396 hours total with 200 on 2015 powerhead.
