I had the same problem a while back. Bleeder screw. I backed it off and retightened and all was well.
Yes, that's how a battery fails. Sorry.
I have had AGMs for years and never had any leaking. I looked up a few articles on the web. AGM's have an equivalent to a pressure relief valve that relieves if the internal pressure exceeds a...
Just to confirm ... My Phoenix has 4 trim switches - Bow, Gear Handle, Blinker on steering wheel, and the engine itself. If any of these short the motor will move whether or not any power switch on...
Do you have a trim switch up front by the trolling motor?
If your tank is very full and the garage gets hot, you may smell vapor due to the gas cap vent.
ECM will limit engine speed from low oil pressure, overheat, ETV stuck open, and /or the associated sensors. Good Luck and please report back when you know the cause and solution.

There is another post from a guy with a 200 with similar issues. Most responses focus on fuel. The service manual notes three things that result in a reduction in speed. The ETV (Electronic Throttle...
Also can be caused by the knock sensor. If it sees knocking it reduces the timing advance and subsequent reduction in rpm. Try increasing your fuel octane if you are using regular grade.
Continuing safety … at the end there was another video that had pucker power... be careful out there...
