I have 4 days middle June on upper saranac lake, then 6 days on Champlain 3 north, 3 south.

Microtel in Plattsburgh is nice , they have hookups out back.
Close to everything.
I stay there.

I would stay away from the super 8 on rt.9 .
I had a horrible stay there.

Falcon makes a good weighted wacky hook.

If you plan on carpeting the bunks, get a pneumatic staple gun and the moneil staples.
Arrow pt50 is what I bought.
Also basscat carpet for bunks is the best.

USGS gage at Burlington VT 99.17...

Water level up north is 98.14 ft
Down at whitehall is 97.50 ft
100ft is flood stage.
Water temp is 38ish up north and 44ish down south.

Well,
Fished 2 days on Tupper lake up north end.
Looked fantastic when we first launched at the boat ramp, fished the weeds along the channels , top water and flipping. Fished simion pond also....
