I decided to go over to hydraulic when I found my cables frozen up. The install was easy after getting some pointers from people on these boards.
I ran into the something similar with my A60. I ended up replacing the the whole assembly, brake lines, and cylinders. I can say after all that stopping the boat was has been very nice!
The cost is what held me out but I do think that when it is time for new batteries I will go with lithium's. One thing I am wondering about is with all the new technology coming out on...
If you can get your hands on a Milwaukee transfer pump I would use it. In fact I did just a few weeks ago to get rid of the 17-18 gallons of fuel in my boat (no clue how long it had been in there...
You guys for the win again! I will have to clean the inside of the hull before I attempt to install it but I think it will be what I go with Touch of Class. Now to get the old plug out...
I have installed new flow-rites as well.
Does anybody in here have a remote drain plug? I am thinking about it but wanted to ask to see what others say.
I went with the Promariner 20 amp 3 bank charger. After doing more looking I wish I would have went with the NOCO one since it also does Lithium.

I looking at these as well. right now with the price of 2x4's it would have to cheaper then buying them and wrapping them.
I bought some stuff from them, but my bearings are Timken's. I bought the full brake shoe set up from etrailer, and the premade brake line tubing kit. I am having to end up replacing the full A-60...
Alright... I finally got time today to get everything pulled apart. It appears I am going to have to redo the complete drum break system as well. I saw something I wasn't expecting to see when I...
I don't know how long the boat and trailer have sat or what kind of shape they are really in. For me this is an issue I have experienced with other trailers and do not want to chance it with some of...
Thought about that and a few other things but decided to go with a hard case to take away some of the worry with transporting them.
Trying to figure out the wheel bearings on a single axle Charger trailer that came with a 1996 195. I will be pulling the boat a lot this year and just want to go ahead and get them replaced so I...
those are nice!
sorry for the confusion here, I got the wrong one quoted here. What you do is what my plan is, I bought a hard case and will keep them stored in that while not in use on the boat. FlFed said he...
how do you lock them down?
I was looking at cases like that
I think that has more to do with your charger. If you can select a different setting for each battery then you should be fine with them being mixed. I just replaced all my battery's with the Sams...
I have two 9" Ti2 graphs currently on the boat, and looking for ideas on storing them when the boat is not in use. With my boat sitting outside at the house I think it best to remove them from the...
That's all done. New system was ordered Tuesday and is showing delivery today but I won't hold my breath. I did take a 20 gauge brass brush and ran through with some gun cleaner and oiled it all...
you will be first person I call if something screws up with the uflex, just so you can say told you so.
I decided to go with the Uflex because it was cheaper. I have the ability to make the hoses at work with 4500 psi hoses and I am just trying to figure out the length now.
When it comes to...
