Tried a new transducer early in the process. Also same issue at console which is different ducer. My other unit works fine either location.

Talked to Rocky at lowrance customer service. Very nice and helpful Csr. He went over the process and stated if it checked out they would box it up and send back. I asked him to make a note to CALL...
