Is it directly wired to the boat or plug in to the boat. Sounds like someone switched to of the leads as dc motors will run either direction depending on how they are wired.

So if you look back at the attendance 16 is a fairly good number unless you go to Table Rock or Bull Shoals and then you may pull 20 to 25 boats. I am glad to see someone trying to get this going...
