Thermostat open at 140, I just remember Don saying let them warm up to 120 or 125 and that’s what I have done since I read that.
I have Mercury smart gauge and have it set for temp, water psi and rpm on one screen, So I can guarantee it was cold seize. I always let it get to 120 before I take off. I’m assuming it has hole in...

I used Back to Black, it did a good long lasting job.
Look at bass cat’s swing away tongue. Look at the gussets and doubled tubing. If MM don’t do anything this will be my path forward to fix.
I have same boat, running fury 25p with added cup. I ran a Fury 26p rpm at 5650 would run 78 but didn’t like holeshot.

You have to get a mercury gateway
I used black RVT it was recommended by Garmin tech I know. Make SURE you sand and clean area.
