90 psi is not good compression actually that is not good at all should be around 120

Easy it holds the oil line from motor oil tank to oil pump, bolts to block about 2 inches before oil pump. Also picture 3 wow is all I can say.
Don't think a small hub small 13 3/4 dia trophy would do well on a 4stroke.
