I have used 10lb and 12lb Red Label as a leader, with no real issues. Otherwise, InvizX is the superior line.
Get white noise machines for both sides of the bed. You can thank me later. :thumb up2:
854 would be a good option.
I use 12, 17 and 20 lb. fluorocarbon (primarily Invizx) on multiple casting combos. I do use line conditioner every other week or so, which helps on the larger diameter lines. The greater sensitivity...
I have one and fish out a Ranger. Overkill? lol
Most of my reels are 8.1:1, with a couple each of 7.1:1 and 6.2:1.
My Ranger RIDE system is showing 0% fuel after taking out a loan to fill up my new Z520R. Does anyone know what needs to be done to accurately display the correct fuel level?
I use Sufix 832 neon lime in 15 lb. test with a fluorocarbon leader. The visibility is somewhat better than the yellow, in my opinion.

Would any new Z520R owners confirm for me the length on trailer, including a hydraulic jack plate and 250 Mercury down/tongue swiveled? I've emailed two Ranger dealers and they can't confirm that the...
In my opinion, an NRX 854C and a 3/8 oz. jig goes hand-in-hand like a steak and baked potato. A 1/2 oz. jig should be OK. I would think a 3/4 oz. jig would overload this rod.
Only once. Fortunately the temperature was "only" 34 degrees. LOL
I purchased the 519 series in 2010, 2013 and presently own a 2018 519C. Great boats. Very responsive with the trolling motor down. Handles rough water on the largest lake I fish, Lake Norman NC,...
Very nice. Congrats!
Good luck! Keep the positive attitude and it will serve you well. :thumb up2:
Can anyone give a report on the G. Loomis Conquest 844C MBR? I'm thinking of possibly "upgrading", if that is possible, my 2 NRX 854 rods. These rods are presently used for 3/8 oz. jigs and creature...
Nice rig. Congrats!
Sufix is a quality mono.
Sweet! Love the wheels!

I would consider a G. Loomis 845 CBR. I've owned an 843 and found the action to be somewhat too light for 3/8 oz. baits.
