It's fixed and running!!! Replaced flywheel with new nut and washer plus loc tite torqued to 120 ftlbs and now let's see.

So my flywheel showed up today. What torque sheeting I should tighten to?

Should I have any concerns about purchasing a used boat with a Honda 250 Vtec 2014 with about 350 hours on it?

I can't figure out how to post pictures but it looks like the crankshaft is missing two theeth.
Do you think blackboard idea may work?

I have splines missing on crack shaft.
Question to everyone since the motor is a 1998 should I rebuild the motor when I replace the crank shaft
or should I buy a new motor?

I will post pictures tomorrow.

Found out it has stripped out the flywheel. Second one on this motor.

I have recently changed the inner and outer switch box, water pump and new battery. Boat has run fine for two weeks but just electrically skip about four or five...

It is not to heavy but it is awkward to hold. I have a nice bruise on my arm now.

Hez, It really was not that hard of a job. The lower unit did take some force and shaking to get it to let loose but did not have to use anything to pry it off with. I used a plastic milk crate...
