Mike knows Talquin as well as anybody...the rivers feeding Talquin have been near flood stage so the main lake will probably be muddied up and there may be a few floaters out there so be careful!!!

I don't have a clue about San Antonio but the tournament bass scene probably isn't all that great in the Destin area but it isn't that far from some great bass fishing.
