Has anyone in the Southeastern US used Patriot Crawl Space and Waterproofing Systems? If so, how was your experience? Thanks in advance!

I'm going to have the roof guy out to take a look. Along with the flashing that might need some TLC, I think I have a couple of exhausts that need attention as well. I'll probably come back with...
Yes sir, this is what I'm worried about .. damaging those little washers and causing future leaks. I'll probably end up hiring a bucket truck!
In the South (Alabama), we need about 2 loaves / 2 gallons of milk per inch of snow! If those kinds of temps were in the mix, then the ratio must be multiplied by 3 (or more). I lived in VT for...
A few months ago I bought my dad's house - it has a metal roof. During the last big rain, I noticed water running down the face of the brick, on the inside of the house. I plan to go onto the roof...
I test drove an 1880 with a 115 ProXS CT 4S. The handling and maneuverability was very good. Hydraulic steering felt awesome. I stopped and dropped the trolling motor (this boat had an Ultrex .....
The boat in question was one that I was looking at, but didn't actually buy. Good luck dialing it in!
You're killing me! I wish I would have seen this one. I"m looking for a smaller Ranger. I've had some weird experiences, too, but on the buying / looking side, and mostly on Craigslist. On two...
Do the 1998 Chargers have a wooden transom? Stringers, etc.?
Hey Guys,
I'm looking at a 1998 Charger 195VF with an 07 Honda 200 4 Stroke. I know this is a solid boat from what I've read. I'm curious if anyone is running an 07 (or thereabouts) Honda...
I think the fold down seats must have been special ordered, because the pictures show 2 perfect "factory looking" cup holders, and those small hand rails beside the cup holders. I'm like you on the...
Good call. I did not know that. Although I've seen the 361s with those jump seats before ..
Yes sir, you are correct.
I don't mind at all. Asking price is right at $6800. I've been looking for about 3-4 weeks now, and most decent looking 300-series Rangers I'm finding are at least 3-4 hours away. I'm committed to...
Good to hear, thank you sir!
Yes, it's rated for a 175.
Hey Guys,
I'm looking at a 94 Ranger 361 with a Yamaha 175, also year model 1994 (per the seller). My question is: Did the 300 series Rangers come standard with this motor? Whenever I've seen a...
I had a 96 354 and it had soft spots in the front deck, floor (several spots), and bilge area. I had a shop do the front deck and floor, but I did the bilge area. Like Ericm said, I removed the bad...
Couldn't remember if it was 02 or 03. Thanks!!
Here a link to the boat on CL: https://atlanta.craigslist.org/atl/boa/d/1997-champion-181-sc/6720746556.html
Along with the prop being dinged up, the leading edge ABOVE the nosecone is chipped, along with a chip in the skeg. And lastly, the anti ventilation plate has a chip out of the side of it.
The owner says he's only running mid 50s, which seems super slow for this boat. Prop is a 23 Tempest, on a 97 Mariner 150 EFI. The prop does have some damage on the blades ... that's probably the...
Yes! I noticed the back deck was mostly bilge, then livewell, then 2 small storage containers on each side of the rear deck.
I checked the transom today and it seems solid, so did the floor and deck. Does the floor contain wood? If so, was it year 2002 when the floor went to all synthetic, like the transom?
Thanks guys, appreciate the help. I'll post up when / if things work out with it.
