I don't use a lot 800kHz, now when possble the MEGA in chirp and the 455 in chirp (the quality oh chirp around 455 and the transducer is better than Onix 800kHz fix for me)

Di is not as 2D trancuder, in DI you have a small angle and 2D a large one, so it is normal to have a lag.
