That was GPS. I need to lift the motor up some. The dealer had set the prop 6" below pad. I will lift an inch o see what that does and go from there.

I put it in the water yesterday. It was hard to tell how it will perform because I had my wife and three boys in it to give them a ride. so we had 5 people and a full tank of gas. I hit 54 mph...

yeah a budy of mine has a h18 w/115 yammy and he does 53. I should be able to get a lil more than that.
