With some help, the problem was found. It was a blown fuse on the timer. Apparently its common and its because they put a 5 amp fuse instead of a 10 amp.

Single axle trailer will do fine with that boat. As for the 150HP motor, i couldn’t say. I would think that you would be ok with the 150 hp if your not looking for speed.
