Got it. Thanks. I was just curious about the possible draw than anything else, it's obviously an non-issue since it's designed that way.
That's what I was curious about. I'm repowering with a 4s that has the clean power harness and it seemed odd to have a direct connect to the battery at all times. I assume there is no "real" draw...

Was running great yesterday until the plastic throttle lever (Black piece with the roller that attaches to the butterfly valve linkage) snapped...
Still have issues with stalling at long idle and sometimes on planing off...
So, I finally got around to going back through the pulse pump. Found that I had one of the diaphragms and gaskets...
So...update...
Got the original WOT issue fixed. Ended up being a collapsed liner in the fuel hose from the bulb to the VST. Replaced the pickup, all fuel line and the primer bulb...ran it...good...
I kind of suspected that, but it doesn't have one. Just a barb.

I replaced both T-Stats and everything seems to operate normally now. Only tried it on a quick run, but the idle temp went up like it should (@ 2.2psi) and running temp stayed stable at 122* in 60*...
picked up two new t-stats today. Hopefully they make the difference.
Seems like I saw 2.2, or so, at idle yesterday. I would have to verify that though.
