Are you still running stock reeds? Might be worth checking them and replacing them with CCM or Ducas. A chipped reed will make one spit.
Hi joe, sorry for delayed response. Solid mounts are just that, solid aluminum instead of bonded rubber. Made a night and day difference in my boat handling when I ditched the old rubber. Don...
Have you wet sanded with 1200 and then 2000 and then buffed it?
You will need power head and adapter gaskets. This is a great time to install solid mounts if your boat runs over 60 or so
I built my Shadow as a cap off from stem to stern. Love it!!! My build is in my signaturr. Good luck
90 is pretty low
Stock compression should be around 120. Have you done a thorough decarb on it? You can cut the heads and take it up to 145 or so and boost the torque and midrange but your will have to run premium.

Can you post pics?

Any chance you could bolt, glass, or glue in...
The little scoops made a huge difference for me before I got low water pickup. I plugged the two top holes on the sides. Tapped for 5/16

If you can get to the back side, you might pull your helm and gauges. Then cut out the old wood with an oscillating tool and glass in a new piece. Glass work is not that hard to do. Boat builder...
Shucks, can't remember. But I think we swapped trigger and stator on your pro Max and that did it.
The CCM boys and good people. Good luck on your build. Mine is down for same reason...#6
It's not hard but can be a pita if by yourself. Read all the links and watch the videos about water pump replacement. You have to line up the driveshaft, the water tube, and the shift shaft. Not...
