Well, I put a 21p prop on today. It is a Yamaha reliance prop. I only have about 3 hours on the engine. Wide open, I could get 5800-5900 rpm and 51.5 mph. Little drop in rpm’s and 1.5 mph...

Insurance should not be an issue as far as coverage goes…you said it was repaired. Work them hard on the price because of the prior damage.

Finished the 2nd hour breaking and pushed it wide open. Just under 6000 rpm until I trimmed it up and then ran about 6100 rpm. Top speed was only 50 mph on my GPS. Thought I should get at least...
