First, I fish windy great lakes.
When I spot lock off coarse the boat is positioned down wind from the rock pile...so I cast into the wind.

Just wondering what you guys are using for Jerkbaits? ...

If you talking about the tubes...yes they are foamed in. (Expansive foam type glue)

Awesome I think that’s a better trick. I don’t feel like removing the front fish finder plate as I have two unit mounted on there.

Ok I’ll try taking the caps off. I don’t have the snagging issues either jus the fact that they too short.
you say it’s mostly foam around them..does that mean the center rod tubes cannot be removed?

I have a 2017 V20 as well and the bottom and middle rows in the center locker are pretty useless in terms of length.
Cannot use them for 7 foot rods. Rods bottom out in tubes and then I am not able...
