Try switching your Trim relays. Mine was doing the same thing. The relays should be on the trim button side of the motor. There should be 3 relays 1 for fuel pump, 1 for trim up and 1 for trim down. ...

Seems to be getting fuel. I even shot starting fluid in it. Nothing that's when I decided to pull a plug and check for a spark. No spark on either side of the engine.
