Yep. Really very little difference powers wise.

So do LEOs which is why I said the have same powers as an LEO in most cases. They don't have limitless power and authority.

We have some big lakes here that get nasty....Rayburn, Toledo, Texoma etc. The one I was on is decent sized and gets pretty big in wind. I just move around slow and try not to get in a hurry. Even on...

I think in a lot of states that game wardens having limitless powers is an old wives tale. For the most part in Texas they have the same as most LEOs.

I fished yesterday and today in pretty much the conditions on a good sized lake. I took it fairly easy. More than anything it made the lake fish smaller than normal.
