The factory put it on for me.

The 195 comes with a Tempest 24P three blade. It turns the motors max RPM. The Trophy Plus 4 blade 24p also turns max RPM's.
If the prop was to high of pitch max RPM could not be reached.

I have a 195. I had to take out the foot pedal tray to reach the bolts.
The 195 had a 52" Maxxum. I replaced with an Ultrex. The front two bolts were screws, not bolts. I had to get shorter screws...

The only way I would go back to a three blade is to have a jack plate so I could tune it out. I'm happy with the Trophy Plus 4 blade.

The 52" is a must. Works perfectly.
The tournament edition comes with a 52". I kept it as a backup but never used it. Ultrex is the only way to go.

Love it.
No problem with the foot pedal, you need a little longer screws, not bigger though.

My motor is lifted to the 2nd hole. I can get 6000 rpm wot trim up, but its catching way too much...
