I replaced the armature and brushed in my ultrex and now a little play in the shaft any thoughts

Just had the same problem and it was the armature I went ahead and replaced the brushes and seals while I was in there. When mine wouldn’t work I could spin the prop then it would work again

I am actually running lithiums don’t know if it had anything to do with it or not but have the parts coming to get it fixed

I pulled the bolts and no water came out can a guy replace the armature without taking it to a shop nobody around me works on them

My ultrex will work fine then when you press the pedal to go again nothing happens here is the crazy part pull the motor up and spin the prop by hand then put it back in the water and it works fine...

What would make the gear shifter stiff when it gets cold. It has been fine all summer but on theses colder morning now it stiff going in to forward and reverse and back into neutral
