    Exclamation 2014 Ranger 1880 Angler

I know it's BASS BOAT Central, but I am in love with the big deep-V Rangers!

For those of you that fish bigger waters, have a family that goes with you, or just want a bigger, deeper boat then these are the rigs for you. The 25" inside depth gives some folks a more secure feeling, plus it will put you at ease if you have little kids/grandkids along for the day. They ride like a dream, and fish just as well. Be sure to check them out sometime!

    First, here are some specs:

This boat I photographed has the standard "bubble" windshields, but is available in a walk-thru version.

And here is a slideshow link with more pictures: http://http://s1292.photobucket.com/...dshield%202014

How come they want put a 175 on the z118c but they will on the angler the length is the same but beam is not I know you said the z118C looked wider this year. That would be a awesome fishing boat if that was do able maybe I'm missing something???

they should put a 200 on a 118c it is no different than the 518c. Same as the 119 and 519. The used to under rate the 119 with a 200 then finally raised it to a 225.

I think if I was looking to get a fish & ski, I'd probably pick this boat over the Reata...the Reata seems like too much ski; this boat here seems to be more of a better balance.

Also, the 2050LS Reata is now rated for a 250, and has redesigned consoles and the new "LS" look.

Would you happen to have pics of a reata with a raspberry mist inside deck and platinum mist on the hull? Looking to order a reata but not sure if this color combination would work

Because the Angler is a much deeper/heavier boat than the 118. On a perfect day with a hot 175 the 18' Angler is at best a low 50 MPH boat.

The big center rod locker sure is nice.

And it would be very easy to convince the wife that it is a fish & ski with the available ski tow!
