I bought a used 26 fury 4 blade off here and finally got to run it yesterday. 2012 ALPHA 211 with a 250 Pro XS. Air temp was 70 and water temp was 60. Spun it to 5950rpm and only could squeeze 70 mph out of it with a 1/4 tank of gas and a full live well. I'm going to play with the hydraulic jackplate a bit more and see if I can get the slip percentage down. Right now it's about a 16.38% slip.
