Setup help 190 pro v Yammie 150 carbed

Guys, I’m looking for some help setting up a new to me 190. This is what I know now....it has a 25 tempest on it turning 5400 and 58 mph gps. Jack plate is a 8” slide master and I don’t know propshaft height yet. It has a working water pressure gauge so I can tinker. The bow lift is not much but I have never driver a Blazer until yesterday so it may just be the boat. I know this is not a 70 mph setup but I want to squeeze all I can out of this motor until I upgrade. If y’all know a good Blazer guy, I would love to speak on the phone because I’m a horrible typer.
