I have a 1996 Stratos 288 with a Johnson 150 Fast Strike. It's a great setup but my Water Pressure gauge was stuck on 30 psi when i bought it. I looked at the back of the gauge and the electrical connections are good. The engine discharges water as it should and runs great.
Should i just order a new gauge or am i missing something else?

Order a new one. It likely froze up.
Yup sound like the water left in the line over winter froze and broke the guage. Give C&O marine a call they can help you out.
I have a 2004 Stratos 295 pro xl and mine freezes everytime i go out in winter but when it thaws out it works again. Why didn't mine break?
Only electrical on a water pressure gauge is for the back light. If you have a Teleflex gauge just get the complete kit. If it is a Faria, they have a lifetime warranty.
You can send me a picture of the gauge. If I have one like it, I will send you a price. If it is a Faria and you want to send it in to them, I will get their contact info to you.
