Couldn't Seal The Deal At Newton

Dan and I ran over to Newton and fished the Angler's Choice Winter Series today. We worked hard but only managed to scratch out 3 keepers that weighed a little over 17 lbs. It took 21 lbs and change to win, so we really need those last 2 fish for a limit. On the bright side, Ole Dan did manage to win the Big Bass honors with the 7.7 lb fish that he's holding in the pic.

Get over to Newton if you can this week, because the big fish are chomping pretty good lately.

3 at 17# is nothing to be ashamed of
