What is wrong with this Unit?

Is the correct transducer selected in settings?

Yes I tried on 2 boats with three different transducers

Hard reset?

How do you do a hard reset

Hard Reset HDS units
press & hold both the ZIN and ZOUT buttons
press and release the LIGHT/POWER button
release all buttons when the USA map appears

Sensitivity is on Auto see where it is set maybe put it in manual and play around. Its hard to know there is so many things to adjust.

I agree try this as sometime it is crazy how much it helps and saves time.

Save all your way points to an SD Card first!... Just in case!!!!!

The unit must have been bad on the sonar side. Lowrance replaced it .
